This course intends to help you utilize Socialsuite effectively. This is through introducing you to some of the important terminologies in Socialsuite as well as guide you through the steps of creating your first measurement project, publishing it and collecting your data
The course, while not comprehensive, aims to work through the necessary steps to complete an evaluation of a program we have created for this course. By applying this simple case, you will be able to complete an evaluation using an email collection method to collect data from program participants.
We will learn by doing by implementing an actual evaluation by applying the Personal Wellbeing Index (PWI) Outcomes measurement framework to evaluate a youth-oriented program.
By the end of this Getting Started course, you should get a good understanding of how Socialsuite works which will set you up to take on the challenge of implementing your own organization’s outcome framework.
This course is designed to introduce users to Socialsuite Analytics. Dashboard concepts are introduced in stages to enable you to develop skills as the course progresses.
