How to create and delete an Activity and Measurement Project

Remember a program must be set up before an activity can be created.

Create an Activity

Navigate to your program Youth Mentoring Program

Click New within the Program.

Name the activity. Set Status to “In Progress.”

Activity Statuses determine whether your program’s activity can collect data in a real-world setting. The three statuses are:

1. Planned – I’m not ready for data collection. You will not able to collect data with this status but it allows you to build out data collection plans without the threat of accidentally triggering a data collection.
2 **In Progress – I’m going to collect data and run tests straight away
3. Closed – Activity’s data collection has completed or has been canceled

It is recommended that you set all activities “In progress” to collect data
