The initial sync can take anywhere from 1 minute to 10 minutes depending on the amount of data to download. Please be patient with the initial sync. Subsequent syncs will only upload and download the changes.
Once you have logged into the Socialsuite mobile app if it is your first time you will be asked to save and synchronise data locally to the device. This will include the following records.
- Programs
- Activities
- Cohorts
- Contacts
- Surveys
- Participation
First Sync
You can select any number of programs to download locally to the device.
The more programs that you select to download the longer the initial sync will take. While the Socialsuite mobile app is downloading the data you must keep the screen active else the sync will fail.
