Extract Raw Data from Socialsuite/Salesforce

Note: This task can only be performed by the “Owner” users (System Administrator)

  1. Navigate to the Setup cog in the top right corner, Select Setup

  1. Type in Data Export from the Setup ‘Quick find’ menu

  1. Select Export Now

  1. Replicate the following export settings

  1. The export will be processed and you will receive an email notification once the export is ready. Log back into Salesforce and download the .zip file. (This file may be quite large so please ensure a good internet connection).

The extracted file will contain a .csv file for every object, within the CSV file you will find each column represents an object field and each row an object record.
