A Library template is a set of Questions that align to Indicators and Outcomes. They can also define how these questions will be presented within a survey. Library Templates are used within measurment Projects.
To create a new Library Template
Step 1. Navigate to the Library Tab
Step 2. Click New Tool on the top right corner denoted by a + sign
Step 3. Enter the following information about the Tool:
- Library Item Name (Mandatory): The name of your Tool
- Author: The person or organisation who developed the Tool
- Image URL: The URL of an image that represents the Tool (e.g. a logo)
- Information URL: A URL that you can refer to for more information about the Tool
- Description: Describes what the Tool will measure. It is recommended that you provide a brief description of the measurement methodology to assist future team members in your organisation.
Example
- Library Item Name: Personal WellBeing Index β PWI
- Author: Robert A & Co
- Description: Personal Wellbeing Index. The PWI scale contains seven items of satisfaction, each one corresponding to a quality of life domain as: standard of living, health, achieving in life, relationships, safety, community connectedness, and future security.
Step 4. Click Save to complete a Tool. You will automatically be navigated to the details section of the newly created Tool.
